Terms of Use

Zoria Radio is a player for public live radio streams. These terms describe what the app is, what it is not, and the conditions under which it is provided to you.

1. The app

"Zoria Radio" (the "app") is a free, local-first online radio player for the Android operating system, distributed via Google Play under the package name com.zoria.radio. It plays live internet radio streams listed in a bundled station catalogue, offers background playback, a map view, a sleep timer, and theme and language preferences.

2. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and do not use it.

3. The streams

Zoria Radio does not host, own, or control any radio station. Every station available in the app is a live internet stream operated by a third party. The app is a player that connects to these streams.

• Availability, content, and quality of any stream are the responsibility of the broadcaster, not Zoria Radio.
• Stream URLs change over time; a station may stop working without notice.
• Content played by a station is governed by that station's own licensing and terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any law or any third party's rights.
• Attempt to extract, redistribute, or resell the bundled station catalogue as a dataset.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app itself.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zoria does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular station will remain available. Streaming relies on third-party servers over which Zoria has no control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of the use of or inability to use the app. The app is provided without charge; you use it at your own discretion.

7. Map data

The Map view displays OpenStreetMap tiles. OpenStreetMap data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).

8. Changes to the app and these terms

Zoria may update the app or these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing language

This English version of the Terms of Use is the governing version. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
